Nick Ladin-Sienne
Chief Ice Cream Officer of Third Time Ice Cream
A former chef who worked at superb local restaurants Oleana, Sofra, and Puritan + Co., Nick is TTIC’s dreamer in charge. Nick left restaurants back in 2013 and pursued both his undergraduate degree (Tufts ’15) and law degree (UCLA Law ’18). Since then, Nick has been practicing law and tinkering with an old ice cream machine that he got for catering gigs and has since lugged around the country to Washington, DC, then Los Angeles, and back.
A long-time (but sadly former) resident of Union Square, Nick can now be found out on a hike or a bike ride with his wife, Sari, two kids, Leon and Mika, and his dog, Shekel.
